TokenRun End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and TokenRun (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of the TokenRun mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TokenRun for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App—including software, graphics, branding, content, and all related intellectual property—are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the App.

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code.

• Use the App for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity.

• Circumvent security features, including Proof-of-Location validation.

4. Location Verification

TokenRun uses the GEODNET network for Proof-of-Location. Tampering with location data, spoofing signals, or manipulating device positioning is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Rewards System

TokenRun may offer virtual tokens, crypto rewards, or in-app items.

These rewards:

• Have no guaranteed financial value.

• Are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

• May require identity or location verification to redeem.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violating this Agreement or engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including lost rewards, lost profits, data loss, or device issues.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
